EPSY 6366 ABA 6: Behavior Change Systems, Implementation, Management and
Personnel Supervision
This course is the sixth of six courses designed to meet the requirements of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) approved course sequence. The content of this course comes from the BACB Fourth Edition Task List, Section I (Basic Behavior-Analytic Skills), subsection F (Behavior-Change Considerations) and Section II (Client-Centered Responsibilities), subsection G (Identification of the Problem) and subsection K (Implementation, Management and Supervision). The presentation of the content of this course is designed to provide advanced knowledge and skills of how behavior-change systems such as token economies, direct instruction, functional communication, among others. Additionally, this course addresses program level issues such as, but not limited to, the overall implementation of behavior-change programs including appropriate on-going documentation, overseeing programs implemented by various levels of staff, program evaluation, performance monitoring, and orderly termination of services.
