BIO 444 Fluorescence Microscopy
Techniques-oriented course designed to give students expertise in fluorescence microscopy and specimen preparation. Students will learn how to use a research-grade epifluorescence microscope, conduct DAPI staining, immunofluorescence, differential staining, and cytoskeletal staining techniques.
