BIO 408 Herpetology
Taxonomic review of extinct and modern amphibians and reptiles with emphasis on evolutionary history of these groups; numerous collecting trips provided through survey of local herpetofauna. Three one-hour lectures and one three-
hour laboratory per week, as well as weekend field trips. For biology majors and minors, majors in biology teacher education, and other interested students. Prerequisites: BIO 343.
