ATHT 520 Clinical Rotation II: High School/College
Clinical rotation II provides athletic training students with an opportunity to experience traditional high school or collegiate athletic training settings. Throughout the curriculum, the clinical rotations provide space for implementation of learned skills, practice of all aspects of patient-centered care, and development of professionalism, critical thinking and evidence-based medicine skills. Clinical rotation II will place students as a first-year graduate student athletic trainer at a local high school or college. Between rotation II and rotation V, students will be placed with a collision sport. This rotation requires 120 contact hours.
