WELL 118 Creative and Expressive Movement

Focus on health-related physical fitness through continuous movement and individual monitoring of pace/levels of exertion. Cooperative activities include aerobic (moderate to vigorous) and anaerobic (e.g., body awareness, self-expression, synchronized movements and group challenges) within a stimulating, challenging and enjoyable atmosphere. Meets QuEST/General Education Health and Physical Fitness requirement.
