WELL 138 Couch to 5K

This course is for students who are currently inactive or habitually get low amounts of exercise. Students will be guided through progressive workouts that prepare students to improve health and fitness. The culminating event for thiscourse will be completion (through walking or jogging) of a 5k event. Course will also address the importance of habitual physical activity with regard to health and disease risk.
