OCCU 535L Lab: OT Process-Psychosocial Practice

This lab course provides opportunities for students to integrate and apply what they learned in OT Process: Psychosocial Practice by participating in active, hands on, and experiential learning. Emphasis will be placed on applying the skills of evaluation, treatment planning, intervention, and documentation in preparation for entry level practice with individual with mental illness. Students will apply the concepts of group dynamics and implement group facilitation strategies.
