EDLM 632 Instructional Management & Innovation of Change
Key components of instructional management and the innovation of change in the workplace will be viewed through the lens of the employee seeking the need of quality professional development from their leader(s). The innovation of change, components of leadership theory, and how approaches to leadership share the organization’s change process. Several change models and theories will be examined and students will have to apply the concepts learned throughout this course to research, plan, implement, monitor, and improve the implementation of the desired change process.
