IDL 520 Assessment and Evaluation
This course focuses on research-based strategies for assessing learning in education and evaluating training in corporate and workforce contexts and examines return on investment for corporate and workforce training and change in behavior in compliance training. Candidates will demonstrate proficiency in designing, selecting, and administering assessments and evaluations, utilizing the data to speak to improvements in a course or training and remediation as needed for learner success.
