SAFS 1115 Sustainable Horticulture Lab

Horticulture is an umbrella term used to describe multiple production methods of agriculturally and economically important crops. This course will provide a general overview of horticultural crop plants and the factors affecting their growth. Horticulture principles and practices are applied to demonstrate hands-on techniques utilized in crop production. Laboratory sections provide students with practical training and hands-on experience in topics covered in SAFS 1315.
