FINA 3391 Small Business Financial Management

Covers three important aspects of financial management for the small business: 1) sources of financing; 2) financial planning; and 3) valuation of the small business. Students will be required to complete a term project involving at least one of these aspects in a real business situation.

Prerequisite

ACCT 2301, MGMT 3361, and 3 hours of economics. All students pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Economics, or Bachelor of Science in Materials Management and Logistics from VCoBE, must apply for and be admitted to VCoBE before they are allowed to enroll in the Advanced Business Core and Major coursework for their degree.
