ALAW 4310 Legal Analysis and Writing

This course focuses on the identification, research and analysis of legal issues. Topics include the appellate process and standards of review, application of key facts and relevant law, and effective use of mandatory and persuasive authority. Practical experience is gained by drafting legal forms.
