HLTH-733 Project Management

This course equips students with essential skills to plan and manage projects effectively in healthcare settings. Emphasis is placed on project planning, time management, resource allocation, and the application of project management tools and techniques to ensure successful project outcomes. Students will also learn how to perform risk assessment, ensure regulatory compliance, and effectively engage with stakeholders including clinicians and patients.
