HLTH-701 Lean Six Sigma
In this course, students will delve into Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize healthcare processes and improve the customer experience. The focus will be on understanding key principles and tools, such as process mapping, DMAIC, waste identification, root cause analysis, control charts, and data-driven decision-making. Students will apply and explore how these techniques and AI can assist in identifying and eliminating waste, variability, and inefficiencies, particularly within patient flow and administrative workflow.
