Focusing on healthcare operations management, this course explores best practices in optimizing patient flow, scheduling, and resource utilization. Moreover, students will learn capacity and bottlenecks management and productivity assessments. This course will allow students to develop effective strategies for healthcare processes to enhance patient throughput, maximize resource productivity, and use key performance indicators to evaluate and improve operational efficiency.
