ENGR 432 Design of Medical Devices

Combine knowledge of physiology, engineering, and the current healthcare environment to design medical or biological devices. students will learn to critically analyze and discuss scientific literature, develop and refine design concepts, perform market analyses, navigate intellectual property and governmental regulations, and craft testing and development strategies. Culminates with a written design proposal and oral presentation.
