BIOL 381 Microbiology

A study of microorganisms designed for those in science majors, including nutrition and dietetics, and environmental science. Laboratory emphasizes food and environmental microbiology and biotechnology, as well as standard microbiology lab techniques. Three lectures and three hours lab per week. Not open to students with credit for BIOL 382. Lab Fee: $65.
