SPC1200 Sterile Processing Externship
This course provides students with hands-on experience that allows the integration of learned concepts to a real-life practice. Students will participate in all areas of sterile processing including decontamination, instrumentation preparation, sterilization, and technologies for storage, distribution, and quality control processes. This course prepares the student to take the CRCST exam upon graduation and completion of 400 clinical hours.
