MGT 448 Applied Project Management
The course focuses on developing and performing a project plan of a specified scope. Working in groups, students will engage in defining project objectives, phases, and tasks; organizing and assigning project tasks; managing deadlines and deliverables; interviewing stakeholders; documenting business processes; performing business process analysis; developing recommendations and delivering final briefings.
