BIO 461 Molecular Bio Lab
Laboratory techniques for examining DNA, RNA, and protein at a molecular level will be introduced. Topics include isolation, purification, transformation, transfection, polymerase chain reaction, column chromatography, and other related techniques.
Corequisite
Laboratory must be taken concurrently with
BIO 460 Molecular Biology.
