NUR 416 Clinical Nursing Concepts III

This is the third course in a four-part series focusing on the development of clinical nursing concepts. Emphasis is placed on using clinical judgment in caring for individuals and families across the lifespan with psychological and physical alterations. Key concepts include regulation, metabolism, nutrition, elimination, perfusion, mobility, perception, cognition, and mood. Clinical experiences will focus on restorative/regenerative and chronic care providing students the opportunity to integrate nursing skills, evidence-based practices, and healthcare technologies.
