MLS 417 Parasitology
An in-depth study of the of the theoretical and technical aspects of the medically important parasites found in the clinical setting. The following topics are included: Specimen Collection and Processing, Staining, and Examination of Protozoans, Nematodes, Cestodes, Trematodes, Blood and Tissue Parasites.
Prerequisite
Student must be in the Medical Laboratory Science program.
