EDUC 558 Fundraising and Development
An advanced study in the process related to grant writing and fundraising to support programs and services to meet the needs of groups of people. This course will cover procedures for identifying a programmatic need, effectively communicating a plan to address the need, developing a budget, and writing a grant proposal. Particular attention will be given to the cultivation of relationships with charitable foundations and other potential sources of financial support.
