THE 475 Theater for Young Audiences
Course Description: A study and practice of acting and producing theatre for young audiences; coursework will include theory of performance styles and methods for performing for younger audiences, practical components of developing plays, and strategies for successful TYA tours. The course will cover acting styles for youth of all ages and develop two plays, one targeting elementary school children and one targeting middle and high school audiences.
