MATH 139 Intro to College Algebra
A course intended to prepare students for College Algebra. Topics include the fundamentals of: Real Numbers & Algebraic Expressions; Linear Equations & Inequalities; Lines & Functions; Exponents & Polynomials; Rational Expressions; Radicals; Factoring and Quadratic Equations. Instruction occurs through a series of online modules. Three hours of lab attendance is required per week. Students must be in the College of Sciences, College of Education, or Gary E. West College of Business to enroll in this course. Does not satisfy the General Studies Mathematics requirement.
