CJ 441 American Constitutional Law

The study of the United States Constitution, including judicial review, the role of political entities, and the relationship between local, state, and federal governments. Includes an introduction to, and the associations with, the organization and administration of political, criminal justice and judicial bureaucracies. Equivalent to HIST 441 and POLS 441.
