CHEM 352 Principles of Biochemistry

Three lectures per week. A study of the properties of proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids and enzymes and the metabolism of  carbohydrates,  with  some  attention  to  the  metabolism  of  fatty  acids and amino acids.
