Residence Hall Room Deposits

All residence hall applicants are required to pay a room deposit, which must be submitted with the application. Room deposits are paid only once (providing that the deposit balance stays above $0) and are used to cover the cost of room, floor and hall damages.

Room deposits are refundable if a student cancels their room prior to July 15 for the fall semester and prior to Dec. 15 for the spring semester. Room deposit balances are carried over each year until the time the resident moves from the residence halls for the final time.

Cancellation and Refund forms are available online at westliberty.edu/residence-life/cancel. Graduating seniors’ deposits will automatically be refunded.
