MGT 498 Management Strategy & Policy
Capstone course for business students covering decision-making at the executive level of the organization. Evaluation of mission, policy development, ethical behavior, strategy formulation and an analysis of the role of the executive in the organization. Lecture/discussion, case analysis and formal comprehensive group case presentations are primary methods of instruction. Pre-req: Senior status, MKT 331, MGT 350, FIN 300 and ECON 101 or 203 or ECON 102 or 103.
