BIO 280 Zoo Education
Introduction of the central issues and standards in theory and practice of learning relevant to educational programs and visitor experiences in a zoo setting. Theoretical concepts and approaches to zoo pedagogy will be explored. Practical examples and actual projects will provide students with applicable real-life experiences, which they can use in their zoo-pedagogical work with lifelong learners of all ages. Restricted to students in the Zoo Science major.
