BIO 208 Found. Cell & Molecular Bio
Continues building foundational content at the major’s level including biochemistry of macromolecules, enzyme kinetics and thermodynamics, metabolism, and molecular biology of DNA replication, transcription, translation, mutation, and mutation repair, cell cycle, mitosis, and meiosis, heredity, cell structure/function, and signal transduction/communication. Three hours of lecture plus a two hour active study session per week. Pre-req: BIO 124.
