Residency

Residency for tuition purposes is determined by regulations set forth by the state of Texas. Students are required to sign an oath of residency as part of the application process. Residency for tuition purposes will be based on this oath and other information submitted by the student. The requirements are outlined in the Fiscal Policies section of this catalog.
