INTB 6306 Global Procurement

This course provides students with a managerial perspective of Purchasing in the global supply chain. Emphasis is placed on Purchasing Structure and Process. Cost Management, Analytics Tools and Techniques, and Performance Meassurement and Evaluation. Students will achive hands-on experience by solving case studies and the use of SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning system in the Purchasing function.
