EDUL 7301 Management of School Personnel and Budget

This course provides a study of human resources and school budgeting functions. An overview of the supervision of classroom instruction and evaluation of instructional personnel will be emphasized. Applicable laws, policies, and regulations will be addressed. Ethical principles and integrity in decision-making, actions, and behaviors will be emphasized.
