CIVE 6359 Advanced Construction Scheduling
Advanced planning, managing, development and control of construction project schedules. Topics include networks, bar charts, critical path method, program evaluation and review technique, graphical evaluation and review technique, linear scheduling, dynamic scheduling, Monte Carlo simulation, schedule update and compression, time cost tradeoff, resource allocation, cash flow analysis, cost control and projection, lean construction, construction productivity, and computer techniques.
