Advance your healthcare knowledge and lay the foundation for higher learning with an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Health Studies from Thomas Edison State University. Our 60-credit, online degree program provides an overview of the health sciences industry and complements the skills you’ve learned on the job or in the field. Whether your goal is to work in the community, a corporate facility or a health-related organization, our AAS degree provides a solid foundation for your future.
The AAS is a terminal degree and many of the credits may be applied to bachelor’s degree programs at TESU.
Earning Credit in the AAS Options:
You may be eligible to earn credits in the career track from your military or civilian training. You can also use Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) to gain college credits for your knowledge. There are various ways to earn general education and free elective credits.
