NUR-4102 Leadership and Management in Nursing: Scholars Track
This course focuses on the role of the nurse leader. Key theories and concepts will be explored. Emphasis will be placed on professional accountability, priority setting, decision-making, ethics, legal issues, fiscal planning, collaboration, communication, and continuous quality improvement.
