NUTR 099 Opp in Nutr, Food Svc & Diet

This course is designed for students in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as students considering the Nutrition and Dietetics major. Course topics include the history of Nutrition, Food Service, and Dietetics, current opportunities and trends, knowledge and skills required for success, ethical issues, and the practical application of biblical principles and scientific evidence in everyday practice.
