MUMH 338 Studies in Global Music

Designed to provide students with musical background opportunity to study a given non-Western musical culture in depth. Through readings, listening, and direct musical experience students will come to understand some of the cultural and aesthetic differences of a specific non-Western music system. Meets QuEST/General Education Non-Western Studies requirement.
