HDFS 307 Family & Consumer Science Curriculum & Instruction I

Provides an examination of the spectrum of theories, techniques, methods, and approaches to the teaching of family and consumer sciences, with particular attention to the Pennsylvania Department of Education's Academic Standards and Guidelines for FCS. Students will be expected to develop instructional materials that could be used in classroom.
