ECON 260 Cross Cultural: Perspectives on Development

This course serves as an introduction to the topic of development through experiential education within a cross-cultural setting in a developing country. Students look at the theology of poverty, and then get an overview of economic and community development from a faith-based perspective. The role of the Church in the development process will also be explored within the study of 'transformational development.' Course fee to be announced.
