CHEM 101 Introductory College Chemistry

This course is designed to prepare students for continuation into the CHEM 105/CHEM 106 sequence by focusing on the application of mathematical calculations in chemistry as well as basic chemical topics. Topics include exponents, logarithms, solving equations, dimensional analysis, the mole, stoichiometry, energy and bonding. Three lecture hours per week, does NOT meet QuEST Laboratory Science requirement.
