BUSA 405 Supply Chain Management

Supply Chain Management is science of integrating the flow of information, money, and products to the end customer. The course will cover the fundamental principles of supply chain management, manufacturing, procurement, distribution, logistics, planning, and customer service related to the supply chain. With this understanding, students will be able to solve problems related to inventory management, logistics, and supply chain optimization. The course will also focus on some of the basic international issues in supply chain management.
