BIOL 290 Topics in Field Biology
Three-week natural history travel courses offered in January or May. Courses in recent years included Desert Ecology of South Western United States, Natural History of New Zealand, and Tropical Forest Ecology of Panama. Each on-site course will emphasize field identification, natural history, and ecology of the local bird, mammal, reptile, invertebrate, and plant species within the context of their local ecosystem. Course fee to be announced.
