BIBL 273 Jesus and the Gospels

This course will examine and discuss how the Gospels portray Jesus of Nazareth. We will focus attention on two areas: (1) the life and teaching of Jesus (and its significance for faith); and (2) the nature of the canonical Gospels. In addition to a careful analysis of the Gospel accounts, we will thoroughly engage similarities and differences that appear in various gospel accounts.
