ADED 301 Leadership and Group Dynamics

Study of leadership and group dynamic theories and principles as they apply to adventure programming. Includes outdoor leader competencies, and exploration of foundational and current leadership theories/models, group structure, communication, controversary, conflict of interests, and decision making.
