Program Learning Outcomes

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of child development theories and milestones, including physical, cognitive, social, and emotional domains, and apply this knowledge to support children's growth and development.
  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences that promote children's cognitive, language, and motor skills, while respecting their individual needs and cultural backgrounds.
  • Utilize effective observation and assessment techniques to gather data on children's development and behavior and use this data to plan and adapt individualized instruction and interventions.
  • Create inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments that value diversity and support the needs of children with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
  • Develop strong communication and collaboration skills for working with families, recognizing the significance of family partnerships in children's educational experiences.
