ECN2000 Microeconomics

Students in this course will gain an understanding of the basic principles that underlie how people behave in today's economic world. Emphasis is placed on analyzing the individual's reaction to the price of a product or service, the issues of supply and demand, the level of competition for a business and its owner[s], the overall use of resources [natural resources, labor, machines, facilities, etc.], and the overall effect/impact of the government and international trade. Online section: midterms and finals are online. Students are not required to come to campus.
