MATH 0900 Pre-Algebra Arithmetic
This is an arithmetic course designed for the student with little or no mathematical background. Topics covered include whole numbers, fractions, decimals, ratio and proportion, percent, signed numbers, solving basic equations, and introductory algebraic concepts.
