CHEM 111 General Chemistry I Lab
One three hour session per week. Metric system, S.I. units, stoichiometry, gases, liquids, solids, solution concentration molecular mass, thermochemistry, qualitative and quantitative analysis. Must be taken concurrently with CHEM 110. Prerequisite: Students who need Math 139 must first take and successfully complete Math 139 before they are eligible to enroll in Chem 110/111. Minimum Math ACT score of 19 (or comparable SAT score) or passing of the ASSET test or successful completion of Math 139.
